Keep your caviar stored in the coldest part of your fridge (usually the back, 28-32F degrees)
Unopened, it stays fresh for 4-6 weeks.
Once opened, enjoy within 24-48 hours.
Caviar should never smell fishy. You should smell very little to no scent at all.
Do not eat caviar with any type of metal flatware. Mother of pearl is best, but plastic works as well.
